Evolving the visual design and brand of an exterior cleaning specialist company

Context
LBC Clean was founded in London, initially providing pressure washing services for wheelie bin cleaning. Today, the company has evolved into an award-winning business with a fleet of vans and dedicated teams offering a wide range of exterior cleaning services to commercial clients across Greater London.

LBC Clean approached Count Creation to help evolve their brand and identity as they transitioned from ‘London Bin Cleaning’ to ‘LBC Clean’. Our collaboration focused on developing a comprehensive brand identity system, including designing internal and external graphic and editorial materials. We also provided advisory on brand development to support their future growth following the launch of their new brand and identity.

Our engagement started with in-depth conversations to understand what made them different. We looked at the unique aspects of their services and explored the values that gave them an edge. We quickly learned about the entrepreneurial spirit and commitment that fueled their high-quality standards, instilled by the founder and senior leadership team from the company’s inception.

Building Brand, Design & Identity
The original visual identity of London Bin Cleaning featured a black wheelie bin, providing a clear visual cue to the company’s services. However, with plans for growth and professional evolution, various routes were explored to visually present the LBC Clean brand as a viable provider of external cleaning services. As part of the brief, we developed a new visual identity featuring a modern and dynamic ‘swirl graphic’ symbolizing the vital element of their cleaning service: water.

We established guidelines around color, typography, image use, style, and language as part of the branding exercise. After several visual iterations and real-world applications, we finalized an identity that could be consistently applied across various platforms, from their vehicle fleet to printed materials, signage, and their digital presence.

To support the new direction, we created a range of materials, including business cards, brochures, and marketing collateral. Each element was crafted to maintain a cohesive look and feel that resonates with their target commercial clients and residential audiences looking to enhance their homes.
